I’m Coach Marty, an Athletics Australia accredited running coach and the owner of On The Run in Mackay. After taking up running in my 40s, I quickly discovered that its benefits went far beyond physical fitness—it brought greater joy, connection and energy to every part of my life. That experience inspired me to become a coach and help people of all ages and abilities discover the confidence, wellbeing and enjoyment that come from running and being active.
